What Happens Next
Before you decide you want help with teams or individuals, figure out what issues exist. Is it motivation, is it lack of general interest, or is it something else? Have a good think so that we can discuss things properly and efficiently.
Individuals
One-on-one scenarios can be intimidating to some. So, please consider a person's feelings. As a team leader, manager, or business owner, you will need to be involved in the process and, more than likely, present during the speaking process. That way, you can follow up and continue once I've done my bit.
Teams
Always the more comfortable/easier scenario for people to feel involved with. As always though, managers and team leaders still need to be a part of it to follow up properly. There's no point in wasting time and money if things aren't going to be continued when I've finished.
Location
This is up to you. I have no issues travelling out of hours to be at the right location for the right time. Off-site and away from your premises is often a better scenario. Book a hotel conference space and get your team together. It's more of a team-building exercise/feeling in this scenario.
Cost
I don't have standard costs. Each scenario is different, so I won't waste your time with a "standard" cost sheet. I'll consult with you and we will then agree on the costs associated, depending on your needs.
